Dear All,

Kindly be informed that if anyone wants the gift box to be delivered to Grand Nile Towers Hotel (Grand Hayts) his request will be refused as the hotel does not cooperate with us in placing any large objects in the ballrooms,

And we are sorry to say that this was the worst experience that we had with a hotel,

So we are as serenity would not recommend that any of our beloved members to do any events there.

The best thing we've heard about the wedding box was from a very decent and modest man working at Conrad who said "this idea makes me feel I want to remarry my wife just to experience it" al 7amdulillah that we were able to touch people who weren't even directly involved with it =) that's truly why we created Serenity just to make ppl happy
