Unlike most of Banksy’s work, this motif was never painted on the street. Banksy’s stencil shows an American police car topped by a large pink donut accompanied by a motorbike-convoy. It is reminiscent of the police es**rt that usually protects heads of state. 🚔🚨 In pop culture, the link between donuts and indolence can be found in the governmental context. People who prefer eating their pastry and following their unhealthy desires rather than doing their work are depicted frequently. 👮 Banksy´s work parodies the ethics and values of the authorities.

anksy is an underground fighter, hotel operator and undoubtedly the undisputed king 👑 of street art, a brilliant mind and star artist who touches people with his sometimes ironic, sometimes political, but always poetic works and speaks to them from the soul. According to estimates, the 45-50-year-old Bristol-born graffiti artist, who remains anonymous to this day, has successfully kept his identity a secret. 👤
