Kom og oplev autentisk brasiliansk musik nu på fredag! 🔥 Bandet Forró Novo og Arthus Fochi byder sanger komponist og percussionist Sara Porpino, fra Potiguara - Brasilien, velkommen til København og Christianshavns Beboerhus.

Opvokset i Bahias bagland fortryller hun med sine fløjter, der efterligner fugle. Efter 6 år med at fordybe sig i lokale kulturer, rejse gennem Latinamerika og Brasilien, er Sara nu Pazsarinha, der blander sine nordøstlige rødder med latinamerikanske rødder. På turné i Europa, Storbritannien og Asien, hvor hun udvider sit repertoire og forbereder udgivelsen af sit første album, der er planlagt til 2025, som lover at blive en fejring af kulturel og musikalsk mangfoldighed, der afspejler hendes evne til at forene forskellige traditioner i en enkelt stemme.

Forró Novo er et band med base i København, der blander rytmerne fra brasiliansk forró med improvisationer og mere vovede oplæsninger, der sørger for en dans og fest for alle tilstedeværende. Arthus Fochi, leder af bandet, har udgivet 7 albums og har været dedikeret til forró siden 2008, da han startede sit band ProGó - Forró existential, i Rio de Janeiro.

19:30 live forró until 22:00

Besides, we'll have traditional foods and drinks throughout the whole event, as well as some fun games!
