At 16, in 1992, he discovered techno and adopted the provocative name "DJ Wank" to spark reactions, grab attention, and make a lasting impact. For over three decades, he has been a relentless force behind the decks, earning bookings across Northern Europe. In the mid-'90s and early 2000s, he played a pivotal role in shaping the local techno scene, organizing events at the legendary Elværket music
venue in his hometown. In 2002, David relocated to Sweden and began producing his own music, leading to a string of releases on various labels. In recent years, he has found a home base at Rotraum Music while maintaining a steady output on AcidWorx. The past few years have been especially prolific, with releases on labels like; Hydraulix Records, ODD Recordings, Resilient Recordings, Dolma Red, CODE Records, Chlore, Sound Dissonance, Flatlife Records, and Elektrax Recordings, among others. His tracks have caught the ear of techno titans like Thomas Schumacher (Drumcode Radioshow), Ben Sims (RunitRed), S-File (The S-files), Perc, and DJ Rush, cementing his influence in the scene. Both as a DJ and producer, his sound fuses the raw energy of 303 acid and driving techno, a signature that continues to define his sound & staying true to the essence of the underground.
