June has been one of those months where you barely catch your breath — three major medical congresses across Europe, back to back. Let’s recap. 👇
ERA 2026 | Glasgow, June 3–6
The largest nephrology congress in Europe — and our personal adventure in creative flight planning. When Lufthansa cancelled all direct flights from Germany to Glasgow, every alternative route suddenly became everyone else’s idea too. Fully booked planes, zero availability, mild panic. We dug deep and eventually rerouted our entire delegation via BA, Aer Lingus and KLM — some flying into Glasgow, some via Edinburgh.
EULAR 2026 | London, June 3–6
The European Congress of Rheumatology at ExCeL London. Flights departed as planned — which meant we could focus entirely on what matters: making sure our delegates had a seamless experience from start to finish.
EHA 2026 | Stockholm, June 11–14
The 31st European Hematology Association Congress — stunning city, smooth logistics, happy delegates.
Behind every successful congress delegation, there’s just a whole lot of behind-the-scenes to-dos: flights & hotels booked, congress registrations handled, transfers coordinated, compliance documentation prepared, invoicing & expense reporting done.

And somewhere in between, we also found time to breathe. Briefly. 😅
