We are THRILLED to provide an intimate Sound Healing Ceremony at this special community hub.

Sound healing is one of the most ancient forms of meditation that has been used throughout centuries and cultures to provide powerful energetic healing in the mind, body and soul. Through sound frequencies it is said that sound healing can assist the body release tension and anxiety and activate a more centered self. ARY Retreats elevates and goes deeper with the experience by providing a ceremony experience to allow you to connect deeper to self.

We will provide mats and blankets. Please bring water and wear something comfortable.

Paris .. the city of L❤️VE, shopping + rich foods + desserts.

2018 my husband and I decided to do a trip to Spain, France + Italy. We started in Paris.

Since we were newly married, I wanted to do a photoshoot in front of the Eiffel Tower because why not!

I did my research and was highly recommended a Paris photographer by friends who had gone a year or two prior.

About a week before the shoot, the photographer told us in order to beat the crowds we had to meet EARLY.. like 7am early. So.. day of .. we woke up before the sun ☀️, got ready and we were off to our shoot. It was FREEZING.. and of course I wore a skirt and had no proper winter gear 😆

The shoot was scheduled for 20-30 min but we went on for over an hour! We got along so well with our photographer that it felt as if our friend was taking our pics ❤️ She made us laugh, feel comfortable and asked us so many questions about our relationship.. our likes, dislikes, etc that we felt a deeper connection with not just her but with each other.

Pro Tip: Book at least one thing BEFORE leaving in your trip to know what essentials you’ll need for that experience and also give you time to research the host/photographer.

Class of 2022 🤩🎉💛🥰☀️

ARY Retreat OAXACA:

What started as 2 couples, 4 solo travelers, and a pair of sisters.. 1/2 returners + 1/2 newbies.. turned into a group of life long friends with one hell of Oaxacan story.

From yoga at the beach, to quite literally the BEST fresh food prepared by , every healing session with .de.medicina + the realizing one hour massages with .. every guest was allowed to fully immerse themselves in what ARY Retreats had to offer.

We never push or force our guests to do or experience anything.. we allow them to choose what feels good.

We make it a priority to make them feel safe + welcome so they can be authentically them.

This week was filled with epic adventures (+ two birthdays!) .. some planned, others on the spot. Each activity brought their own fun to the retreat.

The crowd favorite was the Mezcal tour with . We drank, danced + had the BEST mezcal in all of puerto.

The theme of the retreat was to release the old + rise to greatness.

We hold so much love + power to manifest the life we want. This retreat we lived it.

Thank you to class of 2022 for holding space, bringing positivity, life + togetherness to ARY Retreat OAXACA.
