Das Bastard-Kind eines wilden One-Night-Stands zwischen den Ramones und The Strokes: spielen gnadenlos schnelle, verzerrte Popsongs voller Energie und Attitüde.
Mit ihrem selbstveröffentlichten Debütalbum und dem Nachfolger Still Nervous hat sich die Band direkt in die Herzen der internationalen Alternative- und Rockszene gespielt — darunter auch Ikonen wie Billie Joe Armstrong von Green Day, Pearl Jams Stone Gossard oder Iggy Pop.
Verglichen mit Bands wie Supergrass, The Hives oder Jay Reatard stehen BAD NERVES für genau die Art von kompromisslosem, direkt ins Gesicht springendem Rock’n’Roll, auf dem dieses Genre aufgebaut wurde.
Innerhalb weniger Jahre ging es für die Band von kleinen verschwitzten Clubs zu großen Festival- und Arena-Bühnen weltweit. Mit ihren komplett überdrehten 200mph-Liveshows gelten BAD NERVES mittlerweile als eine der spannendsten neuen Rockbands überhaupt — aktuell arbeitet die Band bereits am dritten Studioalbum.
