⏰ Timing is everything—even in content design.

At WebExpo 2025, Erin O'Loughlin, Content Design Manager at Vinted, showed us how getting the when right can make all the difference. Her just-in-time approach helps teams avoid last-minute fixes and craft better UI content from the start.

From smart handovers to the clever 🚢 CARGO framework, Erin’s talk was packed with gems for anyone working on product teams.

📝 We’ve captured the key ideas in one neat blog post (link in the comment).

🎉 Meet Barbora Obračajová, one of the freshest voices joining WebExpo 2026!

Lawyer. Legal designer. Educator. Head of project management at Dentons Europe. Lecturer at Charles University. Blogger at Attorney-at-Code. Basically, someone who’s making the legal world a lot more interesting.

Barbora’s work sits at the intersection of law, design and innovation. Whether she’s guiding complex legal projects or challenging students to rethink 🤔 what being a modern lawyer really means, she’s always asking better questions.

We’re excited to see what ideas Barbora will bring to the WebExpo stage in Prague. 🎤

Here’s a slightly discomfortable fact: WebExpo 2025 was a month ago. Where did the time go? 🤔

And on that theme, it can only mean one thing — we’re closing our wrap-up with the Small Cinema, home to some of the conference’s most candid and thought-provoking conversations.

This intimate stage hosted the legendary Discomfort Zone 🤯, led by Riki Fridrich and his co-hosts. As Honza Mayer, one of them, perfectly put it: “The Discomfort Zone is a place where we talk about things that people do not like to talk about, but need to be talked about.”

From honest takes on pay and career shifts to reflections on corporate culture and remote work, nothing was off the table.

🔍 Explore Part 4 of our WebExpo wrap-up for bold quotes, real talk, and plenty to reflect on.

How do you run user research… when your product refuses to spy on users?

That’s the challenge Julian Della Mattia takes on every day at DuckDuckGo. 🦆 He’s doing it with systems that deliver results without relying on invasive tracking.

Julian has led research operations across two continents, mentored hundreds of researchers and supported teams in truly understanding their users, even when data is limited. 📊

🎤 He’s joining WebExpo 2026 to bring his ResearchOps expertise to the spotlight.

Can you believe it’s already been three weeks since WebExpo 2025? 😮

In Part 3 of our WebExpo 2025 wrap-up, we’re putting the spotlight on the Marble Hall. From live AI demos 🤖 to the legal side of AI ⚖️, let’s just say it was a hot topic across all stages. But that wasn’t all, we also had standout sessions on accessibility, development, design, sustainability, and much more.

🎹 From full-time musician to full-stack thinking, Ben Morss has done it all!

We’re thrilled to announce that Ben is joining us at WebExpo 2026. Today, he helps developers tap into DeepL’s world-class AI translations 🌍. Before that? He was shaping Chrome at Google 🌐 and coding for the New York Times 🗞️.

He has taken the stage in over a dozen countries, from Brazil to Vietnam, inspiring developers with talks that are equal parts technical, creative and just plain fun.

Whether you’re deep into dev, passionate about product or just love a good story, you’ll want a front-row seat when Ben takes the stage at WebExpo 2026.

Another week has flown by, and we’re back with part two of our WebExpo 2025 wrap-up series. This time, Lucerna Cinema takes the spotlight. 🎬

Talks tackled Tailwind layouts and hospital wayfinding 🏥, challenges in survey design and scalable payment systems 💳, accessibility oversights and innovation frameworks. There were lessons on gamification, React performance ⚛️, B2B research, and even how to build trust across teams who speak different “languages”. 🤝
