When was the last time you felt genuine fear? For me, it was during my first mosh pit experience that I felt a sensation as if I was drowning. Overwhelmed by the sheer power of human bodies melted into a single mass I tried to fight the flow at all costs. Somehow I managed to break loose from the grasp of the moshpit singularity. After a few breaths to calm my nerves, I knew for sure that I had to get back in.
That night I learned that sometimes it is better to embrace chaos and go with its unpredictable flows rather than trying to fight it and ending up unable to catch your own breath.
