When we renewed our wedding vows in Dubrovnik, Croatia, 3 years ago. We had a lovely wedding planner to navigate our way around, Ivana.
Little did I know that a couple of years later I would be part of the wedding scene myself.
Ivana gave us this beautiful book which I opened up again to give me some motivation for writing. I re-read the personal words that she wrote inside, making reference to a poem that me and my husband wrote and read out together.
Having the right people with you, helping to create your wedding day or vow renewal, your way, is worth its weight in gold. Thank you Dubrovnik Design Weddings for making our day wonderful. ❤️😘

Today, Cyprus celebrates its Independence Day.
As someone who chose to make this beautiful island home, it's a day that invites reflection and gratitude.
Cyprus has given me so much. Not just sunshine, stunning coastlines and endless blue skies, but friendships, community, a sense of belonging, and the privilege of helping couples celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.
Through Celebrontë, I've had the joy of meeting people from all over the world who come here to make memories, exchange vows and begin new chapters together.
What I love most about Cyprus is that, despite its complex history, it remains a place where people gather, celebrate, welcome and connect.
And perhaps that's what resonates most with me as a celebrant.
The stories we tell. The relationships we build. The hope we carry into the future.
Today, I'm grateful for this island, the people who call it home, and the many couples who choose Cyprus as the backdrop for their love stories.
