Last Wednesday, I sat back for a moment and watched.

Watched these beautiful women, bent over their pages, writing their hopes and dreams. Some got emotional. Others paused, took a deep breath, cleared their thoughts and let it all go; one word at a time, on paper.

I noticed their cheeky smiles while they cut colored paper, glued little flowers, sealed envelopes with wax like they were sealing something sacred. For a while, no one touched their phones. Time softened.

And I thought: isn't this what matters?

Sitting around a table, juice in one hand, pen in the other. Sharing what we truly want. Getting excited about the future again. Feeling heard. Remembering who we are.

One of them said: "It was a perfect evening of mindfulness and creativity to remember who we are and where we want to go."

Another said: "Writing this letter to myself… it was just what I needed."

These letters, I believe, make a quiet difference.
One envelope at a time.
One human at a time.
One spark of light, back into the heart.

Thank you to each of you who showed up with an open heart.
Thank you for reminding me why I started AimerLaVie in the first place. 💌

How you can do this:
1. Send us a direct message telling us who will be the receiver.
2. Provide us with full name, address, post code, city, country.
3. Let us know the style of the love note to be sent, eg. If it’s for your bestfriend and want to say sth beautiful about her or if it’s for your boyfriend and want to share some thoughts. Otherwise leave it open and we will take it from there. We love writing love stories and pieces of gratitude and kindness, we can send you some examples and let you choose.
