Take a look at this picture. This was me in 2022 at the Millionaire Business School in Aphrodite Hills, Cyprus, surrounded by people whose work, ideas and experiences had something valuable to teach me.

Peter Sage. Mark Anastasi. Robert Rolith. Asel Sydykova. Nicholas Kittis. And the wider circle of entrepreneurs, speakers and thought leaders who came together for that experience.

Being in that environment reminded me of something important: your environment matters.

Think about the five people you spend most of your time with. Do their conversations challenge you to grow, or keep you comfortable with where you are? Do they expand your sense of what is possible, or constantly remind you of what cannot be done?
