Join our exciting family event Halloween Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday 19th October 2024 from 5:00pm till 7:00 pm, organised by the PTA.

Location: parking lot near the Sports Hall The International School Of Paphos

You can participate in either one or both ways:

1️⃣ Decorate your car in a Halloween style!
Each participating car will be asked to have individually packed candies or stickers to give as treats. The PTA will offer extra supply.

Children will approach each decorated car for trick-or-treating, i.e. will receive a treat for performing a small 'trick'/ playing game (e.g., shoot a basketball, throw a hoop, play a fun game, do a silly dance or sing, solve a riddle, etc.).
You can arrange any game/task you like but this should be short and easy enough for young children. We can help with ideas.
And yes, two families can join and decorate a car together!

2️⃣ Come to trick-or-treat and collect goodies from the trunks. Entrance fee 5€ per a child (adults do not pay if they are just supervising)

Participation with decorated car is not obligatory but will allow FREE entrance for members of such families.

🏆 Awards will be given for best decorated cars!
🎨 Free Halloween Crafts activities and music to have fun.
🥳 We encourage everyone to come dressed up or at least have some Halloween accessories.

⚠️IMPORTANT POINTS:
• Prior registration of the decorated vehicles before 17th October via email [email protected]
• Cars will need to be parked and decorated no later than 15 min before the event.
• Vehicles must remain parked for the entire event until it ends.
• At least one adult car owner should stay by the car to meet the approaching children and hand out treats.
• Distribution of homemade, unwrapped foods, nuts or peanut butter not allowed.
• Children up till 12 y.o. should be supervised by parents.
• Each car is encouraged to bring lights/lanterns, please!

ISOP students, parents and teachers are invited to our Easter Festival that will be held by PTA on Sunday 14th April 2024 from 12:00 till 15:00 in the Main Yard of the school.

You can enjoy lots of fun activities for children:
🔹Easter games stations (kids will approach each station where they can complete a fun task/challenge and receive a prize coupon. Having collected several coupons, a child can redeem (exchange) them at the Prize stall for the gifts)
🔹bouncy castles
🔹photos and dances with our Mrs Big Bunny
🔹Bubble Show (13:00-13:30) and Giant Bear (13:30-14:00) by Bravo entertainment
🔹face painting by Face painting by Yiana (charged separately)
🔹book sale by Wonder Books
🔹Bubble Tea from Bubble Tale Visit Cyprus
🔹Photo Booth from Flash Booth Events Cyprus Ltd
🔹snacks and drinks
🔹Raffle with dozens of prizes

🤩 We are also looking for VOLUNTEERS – families who would like to run their own game stations. They can create their own unique challenge/task or pick one from the ideas list we have made.

This should be short and easy enough for young children (e.g. sport games, memory, fun, smart, art/creative, etc)
It would be great if the volunteering parents can run the station together with their children which is a perfect way for them to practice their organisational and communication skills. Besides it is a great way to make more friends!

As a bonus, all volunteers will have a FREE entrance for their family and 5 FREE Raffle tickets!

If you would like to organize your game station, please contact the PTA via email [email protected] before 5th April to discuss the game idea and to ensure a suitable location for your station.

💰ENTRANCE fee for kids and adults: pre-sale 5 EUR (if purchased in advance), at the gate – 8 EUR.
Entrance Tickets will be on pre-sale at the reduced 5 euro price starting from 8th April (separate message will follow)

Kids are welcome to come dressed up for the Easter.

🎡At the Festival we will be also holding our annual EASTER RAFFLE with delicious Easter baskets and Easter wreaths as prizes.
Raffle tickets will be distributed to your children via Form tutors with additional instructions. The draw will take place on the event day at 14:30.
