Guests spent the day experiencing the beauty of Moon Gate, discovering the property's unique spaces, enjoying handcrafted cocktails from Nómada Coctelería, and exploring the culinary vision of Casa Paniagua.

From thoughtful details and beautiful settings to exceptional food and drinks, the day offered a glimpse into what is possible for weddings, retreats, celebrations, and special events in the heart of La Fortuna.

Casa Paniagua and Moon Gate introduce Costa Rica en Ruta — a new wellness dining experience created by Chef Arthuro and the Casa Paniagua team, and hosted at Moon Gate.

Designed for larger gatherings, the menu travels through the regions, traditions, and ingredients of Costa Rica.

Some dishes stay true to the classics.
Others are Chef Arthuro’s interpretation of the landscapes that inspire our cooking.
