Nine years ago, I attended my very first Rebecca Grinnals+Kathryn Arce in Mexico. I remember sitting in that room, completely inspired, thinking to myself, one day, Engage will come to Costa Rica.

It felt like such a big dream back then. But some dreams have a way of quietly waiting for the right moment.

Last year, Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, opened its doors in Peninsula Papagayo. And suddenly, everything aligned.

Today, that dream is becoming a reality.

To see Engage! Summit coming not only to Costa Rica, but to the place I proudly call home, is incredibly meaningful. It's a reminder that the biggest dreams often begin with a single moment of inspiration and that with patience, passion, and the right people, they really can come true.

I’m a self-made entrepreneur, a proud mom of four incredible boys, and someone who truly believes that a smile can change everything.

I’m passionate about creating beautiful experiences that tell a story. I have an eye for design, I love bringing ideas to life, and I believe the smallest details often make the biggest impact. Along the way, I’ve also learned to stay calm under pressure and find solutions when challenges arise.

One of my favorite mottos is:
“If it has a solution, then it’s not a problem.”
