HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS ROYAL ICING TECHNIQUE
Ingredients:
1 egg white
2 cups icing sugar
Procedure:
1. Whisk the egg white until it begins to foam.
2. Add the icing sugar gradually and continue mixing until well combined. Stop beating when it reaches a stiff peak consistency.
3. Use an offset spatula to apply the royal icing on your already decorated fondant cake.
4. Use the knife to gently part the icing to achieve the desired rough surface.
