Nun ist es soweit, das Line-Up unserer diesjährigen Rocknacht Tennwil wird mit der heutigen Ankündigung des Samstag- HEADLINERS komplettiert. Wir hoffen natürlich, dass euch das bisher gemeldete Line-Up gefällt und wir hier mit unserer letzten Ankündigung euch noch einen kleinen Bonus servieren können.
Wir freuen uns sehr, diese tolle Band aus dem hohen Norden bei uns im Seetal begrüssen zu dürfen:

Mittlerweile sind die vier Jungs aus Finnland 🇫🇮 aus der Sturm und Drang-Phase draussen und präsentieren mit ONE DESIRE ausgereiften, melodischen Hardrock der besten skandinavischen Prägung. Endlich ist die Band live auch wieder in unseren Breitengraden aktiv, denn sie sind ein Garant für ein erstklassiges Live-Erlebnis.
ONE DESIRE wurden im Jahr 2012 in Finnland gegründet. Fünf Jahre später erschien ihr Debütalbum «One Desire» beim italienischen Label Frontiers Records. Dieses Album konnte erste grosse Ausrufezeichen in der Szene setzen und die Band bekam einen europaweiten Bekanntheitsgrad. Kein Wunder, bei Songs wie «Hurt», «Apologize» oder «Buried Alive», die besten skandischen Melodic Hardrock zelebrieren, natürlich mit fantastischen Refrains.
Im Jahr 2020 erschien dann das zweite Studioalbum «Midnight Empire», welches den eingeschlagenen, erfolgreichen Weg von ONE DESIRE und deren Sound weiterführte.
Die kompositorischen Köpfe der Band sind der Gitarrist Jimmy Westerlund und der Sänger und Gitarrist André Linman, der in früheren Jahre schon durch seine Arbeit mit der finnischen Band «Sturm und Drang» bekannt wurde.
Die Band konnte mit ausgiebigen Touren in Europa viel Live-Erfahrung sammeln, was sich heute in den Konzerten niederschlägt. In Kombination mit ihren tollen Songs und den spielerischen Fähigkeiten sind Konzerte von ONE DESIRE ein tolles Live-Erlebnis. ONE DESIRE sind ein gern gesehener Act auf Tourneen mit bekannteren Bands wie aktuell gerade als Support von ECLIPSE.
Wir freuen uns sehr, dass uns die Finnen dieses Jahr auch in Tennwil besuchen werden. Und ja, das sogar als Headliner des zweiten Festivaltages am Samstag, 19. September 2026.

The time has finally come! The lineup for this year's Rocknacht Tennwil is now complete including below’s announcement of Saturday's headliner. We hope you like the lineup so far, and this final announcement is a little surprise to the line-up so far for you.
We are very excited to welcome this fantastic band from northern Europe to our Seetal region:

The four guys from Finland 🇫🇮 have now left their so called “Sturm und Drang”-phase behind and now present mature, melodic hard rock of the highest caliber from Scandinavia with ONE DESIRE. The band is finally back on the road in Central Europe, as they are a guarantee for a first-class live experience.
ONE DESIRE was founded in Finland in 2012. Five years later, their debut album, "One Desire," was released on the Italian label Frontiers Records. This album was some kind of a smash hit in the scene, and the band gained a very good reputation and recognition across Europe. This is no surprise, as songs like "Hurt," "Apologize," and "Buried Alive" celebrate the best of Scandinavian melodic hard rock, completed with fantastic choruses.
In 2020, their second studio album, "Midnight Empire," was released, which continued ONE DESIRE's successful way and their signature sound.
The band's creative minds are guitarist Jimmy Westerlund and singer/guitarist André Linman, who had already made a name for himself in previous years through his work with the Finnish band Sturm und Drang.
The band gained considerable live experience through extensive touring in Europe, which is clearly evident in their concerts today. Combined with their fantastic songs and virtuosity, ONE DESIRE concerts are a truly breathtaking live experience. ONE DESIRE are a well appreciated guest on tours with more well-known bands, such as recently supporting ECLIPSE this year.
We are excited that the Finns will play in Tennwil this year. And yes, they will even be headlining the second day of the festival on Saturday, 19th September 2026.
