While our Italian restaurant undergoes renovation and expansion, we have established a temporary pop-up, showcasing an antipasti table, freshly made pasta, porchetta, and rack of lamb, as well as other innovative dishes. Furthermore, we are pleased to unveil our new dessert cart!

That is such a cool full-circle moment! It’s wild to think that the last time you and Chef Pat Duffy were making those videos, the New York Giants and New England Patriots were facing off in that legendary Super Bowl XLVI (the 2012 rematch).
Fast forward to today—Super Bowl Sunday, February 8, 2026—and while the teams on the field have changed (the Patriots are back in it, this time taking on the Seattle Seahawks), the energy in the Crystal Springs Resort kitchens must be electric. There’s nothing like a "big reunion" to make a high-stakes service even more meaningful.

My first day back at Crystal Springs Resort, I had the pleasure of meeting a guest who shares our passion for quality. It turns out, they are the ones producing the incredible microgreens and wheatgrass we use in our kitchen!
It’s an honor to feature Perfect Foods on the plate. It really is a small world when you’re dedicated to great food and local roots.
On the plate: Langoustine, rich bisque, and vibrant wheatgrass.
