350 guests served on the Met Stage in the middle of Aida’s set with our kitchen built back stage next to Salome’s decor.

Happy Holidays from one of the best team around!
The Grand Tier Restaurant kitchen team does it all! Cook state of the art dishes nightly for our restaurant, serves 400+ guests at fancy galas, receptions and cast parties as well as take care of the whole metopera staff and performers at the cafe.
