🌸🍷🐐 What a launch weekend for Le Pink Bouquetin! 🐐🍷🌸
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Le Pink Bouquetin during the Verbier Swiss National Day celebrations 🇨🇭
From familiar faces to new ones, it was incredible to see so many people embrace the idea of a pop-up pink w**e and spritz bar in the heart of Verbier.

Over two days, we served pink Pét-Nat, rosé, signature Pink Spritzes and Pink Mocktail Spritzes, all inspired by the vineyards of Plan Cerisier and the flavours of Valais, using 100% organic ingredients, from Mélanie’s w**es to the Valais raspberry and even the wild alpine thyme growing around the vineyards.

One of the highlights of the weekend was seeing how well our Pink Mocktail Spritz was received.
It meant that everyone could enjoy the Pink Bouquetin experience, whether they were drinking alcohol or not.
Throughout the weekend, people gathered in the shade, relaxed on sheepskins around our little wooden tables, and enjoyed a distinctly Valaisan apéro together. That’s exactly what Le Pink Bouquetin was all about. 💗
Most importantly, we shared great conversations, plenty of laughter and a memorable Swiss National Day with an amazing community.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by to support us, and to Mélanie Besse of Cave Florian Besse, who joined me on this adventure and helped bring Le Pink Bouquetin to life. 🍒🍷

We’re excited to launch our very first Alpine Spritz Bar at the Verbier Kermesse during the Swiss National Day celebrations 🇨🇭

Created by Sophie Above & Beyond Swiss (Valais) and Mélanie Florian Besse, Le Pink Bouquetin is our take on the perfect Alpine apéro, inspired by the vineyards of Plan Cerisier and the flavours of Valais.

Art, mountains, music, brunch, G&Ts... what more could you want? 🤩
Last week, we had the pleasure of helping celebrate 15 years of the Verbier 3-D Sculpture Park with Verbier 3-D Foundation.
As guests made their way through the park, enjoying art installations, performances and talks, we were busy getting the Above & Beyond Swiss (Valais) pop-up brunch bar ready at Baby Bringer for the grand finale.
Add delicious food from La Cucina and the La Chaux alpage, refreshing G&Ts by Verbier Gin, and epic tunes from NIKoBEATS, and you’ve got all the ingredients for a perfect afternoon in the mountains. 🎶🏔️
How lucky are we in Verbier to have our mountains adorned with such creativity and beauty?
Huge congratulations to the Verbier 3-D Foundation team on 15 incredible years. Long may it continue! ✨

🌿 Ouverture officielle le samedi 4 juillet à 10h00

Les travaux de mise en place du site sont actuellement en cours afin de vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Merci de patienter encore quelques jours. 🙏

Nous sommes très heureux de l’enthousiasme suscité par cette ouverture. Vos nombreux messages, courriels et appels montrent à quel point ce lieu était attendu.

Quelques précisions importantes :

➡️ Cette ouverture est une phase test pour l’été 2026. Son succès dépendra du respect des règles et de la bonne cohabitation entre tous les utilisateurs/rices.

⚠️ Une grande partie du plan d’eau reste privée et fait toujours partie d’une gravière en activité. Des camions et des engins de chantier y circulent quotidiennement. Pour des raisons évidentes de sécurité, cette zone n’est pas accessible au public.

🏊 La baignade est donc limitée à la zone spécialement aménagée et balisée. C’est le compromis qui a permis d’obtenir ce premier accès public. Si cette phase test est concluante, elle constituera une étape importante vers le projet de réaménagement plus large porté par la Commune. 

🚫 Pour cette première saison, aucun engin flottant n’est autorisé (paddle, kayak, bouée, matelas, etc.). Cette mesure permet de garantir la sécurité et une cohabitation harmonieuse entre tous les usagers.

🏊‍♀️ Le club de natation bénéficie d’une autorisation particulière, accordée depuis plusieurs années dans un cadre strict défini avec le propriétaire. 

🎣 Les pêcheurs conservent leurs droits sur le reste du plan d’eau, conformément aux accords en vigueur.

🤝 La réussite de cette phase test dépend de chacune et chacun d’entre nous. En respectant ces quelques règles, nous contribuerons ensemble à faire de cette première saison un succès et à construire l’avenir de ce magnifique lieu.
