Below you’ll find all the essential information gathered in one place to help you prepare for the festival.

TRAVEL INFO

GETTING THERE
By car:
Approximately 17 minutes from Bern

By bike:
A pproximately 37 minutes from Bern.

By train/bus:
Option 1: Take the S44 train from Bern to Hindelbank station, then transfer to bus B451. Get off at Hub b. Krauchthal, Brünnliacker.
Option 2: Take the S7 train from Bern to Bolligen station, then transfer to bus B451. Get off at Hub b. Krauchthal, Brünnliacker.

GETTING BACK
Once you’re there, you can’t go back… haha!
The last official bus leaves at 23:35.
Shared taxis (4 seats) will be running throughout the night between Laufenbad and Bern. A full ride costs approximately CHF 20 per person.

SLEEPING AREA & CAR PARK
We provide a cozy camping area nearby for tents.
For those arriving with cars, camper vans or converted buses, there is also a parking area close to the venue.
No reservation is required, and both options are free of charge.

STAY COOL
As we expect hot weather, you’ll find plenty of shaded areas to relax and cool down. Don’t forget your sunscreen, though!

Free drinking water is available on site, and there is a fountain where you can refill your bottle throughout the day.

PAYMENT
We accept cash and twint.

FOOD & DRINKS
Momo Corner Bern
Momo corner from Bern will be joining us with their authentic tibetan specialties and freshly made momos, available with both vegan and meat fillings. Come hungry and treat yourself to some delicious food while enjoying the music.


Laufenbar
The on-site bar has you covered with cold drinks and all the liquid essentials to keep you going.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHTS ROUND VI - INDOOR NIGHT, 2ND FLOOR UK BASS, 140 🔊

The second floor brings together artists connected by one common language: bass. Exploring the deeper and heavier ends of UK Bass and 140, GAZ:elle and Ele join us for our Indoor Night on 27 June.

GAZ:elle – Lowend, BE
As one of the most prolific and active figures in the scene, GAZ:elle discovered DJing in the late 90s, exploring styles from Conscious Rap and Nu Jazz to UK Garage and 2 Step, before returning to the sounds closest to her heart: Jungle and Drum & Bass. Rooted in that journey, her sets move fluidly between Jungle, Drum & Bass, UK Garage, Breakbeats, and Dubstep – blending deep bass, atmosphere, melody, and playful energy with influences from Soul, Rap, Dub, and Jazz.
Anita Schaub

Ele – Sturzflug Audio, Lowend, BE
As an experienced DJ with a plethora of gigs in Switzerland and abroad, founder and head honcho of event label Sturzflug Audio, one of the co-hosts of the long-running radio show RaBass 95.6 FM at Radio Bern RaBe, and former resident at Reithalle’s underground stronghold Cafete, Ele is one of the forerunners of the Bernese Drum & Bass massive. Occasionally, he switches things up - playing sonics ranging from autonomic 170, bass-heavy 140, and ethereal Ambient.

Expect deep frequencies, forward-thinking selections and plenty of bass weight on our second floor. Here’s another glimpse at the artists shaping our UK Bass & 140 journey on 27 June.

Mad Moiselle – BE
Incorporating depth over velocity over the course of the last five years, Mad Moiselle has been pushing boundaries of the well known, transforming constantly while staying true to one core truth: hard hitting bass. The wanna-be witch from Bern crafts sonic experiences that go beyond speed, casting spells through sub-bass and rhythm. Her sets are a journey through powerful low frequency energy, layer after layer of carefully selected sounds designed to move not just your body, but something deeper. Expect nasty wiggling frequencies that pe*****te your soul, and a sonic heaviness that can lay on you like a weight-blanket.

BassKind – Subculture Sounds, Lowend, BE
As an avid lover of Drum & Bass and bass music in general, BassKind has been around the local scene for many years now. Picking up DJing quite recently, he has been involved with great dedication and passion, which is evident in his promotion activities including his Subculture Sounds event series in Olten, which harbours a massive Lambda Labs soundsystem.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHTS ROUND IV - Drum & Bass 🔊

The countdown to 27 June continues. While the Outdoor Day Session at Laufenbad Krauchthal promises sunshine, good vibes and bass, the energy keeps rolling into the night. For our Indoor Session, we’re welcoming two more Drum & Bass selectors ready to take over the dancefloor.

FraFlex – LWBS, BE
With a blend of fiercely intense and heart-wrenching dancefloor Drum & Bass, FraFlex always has the crowd in a frenzy. As one of the young guns on the scene, he knows exactly how to blend summer tunes with powerful, high-energy sonics, leaving no one able to resist the captivating clash of beauty and raw bass music energy.flex

Voidnap – El-DnB, BNC BE
As host of the El-DnB series, VoidNap is an underground Drum & Bass DJ from Biel/Bienne who brings a lot of attitude from his hometown to the stage, operating within a self-proclaimed punk attitude: a bit rough around the edges, a weakness for unexpected tunes, weird mashups, and sometimes slightly chaotic transitions – but always with his heart in the right place. Expect some turbulences and surprises within a journey of flexibility that will keep the energy high.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHTS ROUND III — MOVING INSIDE 🔊

While the Outdoor Day Session at Laufenbad Krauchthal is shaping up nicely, we’re shifting the focus to our Indoor Night. Meet two more DJs and one MC joining us on 27 June.

Joey Sasa – Bass in your Face, BE
With over 25 years behind the decks, Joey Sasa has become a well-known figure in the Bernese music scene. His journey led him from House through Nu Jazz, Downtempo, UK Garage and eventually Drum & Bass. This year, he launched the new Bass in your Face event series at Bierhübeli together with ZMi.


Nicky F – Family Business, BE
Hooked since his early teenage years, Nicky F has been part of the local Drum & Bass scene for quite some time. DJing since 2003, he is known for his eclectic taste, covering the full spectrum of Drum & Bass while maintaining a strong passion for old-school classics. Expect a varied, go-with-the-flow selection built for the dancefloor.

Badboy MC – Family Business, Bern
As one of Switzerland’s most active hosts, Badboy MC has been involved in the scene for decades, from intimate local raves to large-scale events such as One Nation. Starting out with the Future Muzic Intelligence Crew in the late ‚90s and early 2000s, his trademark laid-back style and lyrical versatility earned him bookings with renowned Swiss promoters including Restless, Bassride and Tensionstate. To this day, he remains a regular voice at events like Darkside in Bern and Hotbox in Zürich.

Artist Spotlights Round II 🔊

The Outdoor Day session at Laufenbad Krauchthal is shaping up nicely. From deep bass explorations and old-school flavours to high-energy dancefloor pressure and veteran mic control — meet four more artists joining us on 27 June.

Ruffy – Bushbass, BE
Since 2016, Bushbass founder Ruffy has been producing music rooted in Jungle, Ragga and Drum & Bass. Drawing inspiration from bass culture, his sound combines energetic breakbeats, dubby vibes and a balance of old-school flavour and modern energy.


Bakerman – Drumandbass4real, BE
Active since the 90s, Bakerman has become a well-known figure in Thun’s music scene. As co-host of the long-running Drum & Bass 4 Real series at Mokka, he is known for energetic and versatile sets, occasionally stepping into Hip Hop and other styles as D-M-Tree.


Areem – LWBS, Bern
Known for his uncompromising energy, Areem delivers a blend of jump up and euphoric dancefloor Drum & Bass. When he’s not touring as the DJ for Bern rapper Jule X, he brings maximum intensity to dancefloors across the region.st

Hosted by MC Matt – Vocalbreath, BE
Active since 1998, MC Matt is one of Switzerland’s most established Drum & Bass MCs. Known for his smooth, liquid style, he has worked with key Swiss Drum & Bass platforms, founded vocalbreath.ch to support emerging MCs, and earned international recognition, including an invitation to perform at Hospitality Nights in London.

Meet some of the artists joining us at Laufenbad Krauchthal. From deep rollers to dancefloor energy and heavyweight MC business - here’s a taste of what’s coming.

Foxelles – ZH
Chris and Livia, aka Foxelles, combine a love of sport and music into sets spanning dark liquid to high-energy Drum & Bass. Following their “bangers only” policy, they also contribute to the scene through their own events.dnb

ZMi – Bass in your Face, BE
A longstanding figure in Bern’s music community, ZMi has been active since 2000. With roots in old-school rap and 90s German hip hop, he later found his passion for Drum & Bass and now helps run the Bass in your Face event series alongside Joey Sasa.


Lunic – Sturzflug, Bern
Known for energetic sets and seamless blends, Lunic takes crowds on a journey through Liquid, Deep, Neuro and Dancefloor Drum & Bass.dnb

Hosted by: Gunda Wechee – SG
An experienced MC rooted in Reggae, Dancehall, Hip Hop and Dubstep, Gunda Wechee brings high-energy performances shaped by his Kenyan heritage and global influences.

Lowend one is powered by Limitless Sound System🔊

We’re beyond happy to have our Day Outdoor session (2 PM – 10 PM) powered by none other than Limitless Sound System from Biel/Bienne. Expect heavyweight bass, warm analogue pressure and proper soundsystem vibes all day long.

Since 2018, Limitless Sound System has been representing authentic soundsystem culture with a deep connection to Reggae, Dub and Drum ’n’ Bass. The crew built their own soundsystem from scratch and has spent years fine-tuning it with dedication, craftsmanship and a whole lot of passion.
What makes Limitless special is the combination of deep bass, warm analogue sound and carefully selected tunes that are played with intention and experience. Their sessions are powerful, immersive and built to be felt as much as heard.

As an active part of the Biel/Bienne scene, they stand for a community-driven approach to soundsystem culture, organising their own events, supporting the scene and bringing people together through music.

We’re looking forward to sharing the dance with them. ❤️💛💚
