So many stems.

Hours of arranging, adjusting, stepping back, looking again… and then finally saying, “Yes. This is it.” 😍

This was one of those floral jobs that reminded me why I love what I do.

Cedar Styled Events brought me on board to create the fresh floral centerpieces for a 90th birthday lunch they styled and designed, and I had the beautiful task of translating the event’s overall feel onto 26 tables.

There’s a part of event floristry that you don’t always see in the final video: the planning, the little decisions, the flowers that don’t make the cut, the last-minute adjustments and the satisfaction of seeing everything come together exactly where it should.

And then there’s this part — when the room is ready, the tables are dressed, and you get to stand back and take it all in.
