nobody looks at the same inspo photo and sees the same thing. Thatâs not a flaw in the process, itâs just human. Which is why I never let a bride walk in with a photo and assume weâre on the same page.
My method: before we talk about what you want, we look at who youâre pulling from. Whatâs their hair colour? Their skin tone? Their eye colour? Because if your inspo has gorgeous highlights and lived-in dimension, and your hair is pitch black that style will simply not look the same. Black hair reads completely differently.
The goal is never to make you look like someone else. Itâs to make you look like the most elevated version of you. And that starts with pulling inspo thatâs actually in your ballpark.
