We completed another order today for the University of Toronto Museum Studies project team's exhibit: "Munitionettes: Women at Defence Industries Limited," Held at the Canadian Tank Museum in Oshawa. There were up to 100+ guests in attendance. We made them our Mexican street corn bites, California veggie wraps, caprese skewers, mushroom arancini, chicken and eggplant Parm bites and southwest egg roll with chicken and another order with marinated tofu. We made some fruit trays as a refreshing dessert. Thank you for choosing Kim & Lou's Lil Bites.

Always a pleasure taking care of Fujiki Dental's orders. We were also excited to add our new menu options, beef tenderloin crostini and chicken and waffles bites (gluten-free option). We also received great feedback from our dentist, Dr. Mark Fujiki. What a great dental office as well. Our family has been going there for close to 30 years now.

We are thankful for all the orders we received from our new and current customers. It was another amazing year that Kim and I enjoyed baking and putting our delicious Christmas Treat boxes together.

We are now taking orders for the Christmas Treat Boxes. Have your orders in by December 18th. Pickups will be between December 21st and December 24th 12pm.

Hello everyone! We haven't posted for a while but have been working on our upcoming Christmas baked goodies. We will be deciding on what we will be adding this year. A few of the top picks over the past few years will be back. These include chocolate dipped koularakia, salted caramel pecan bars, eggnog snicker doodles, Scottish shortbread and chocolate shortbread..and more.

Keep an eye out as we will be posting the goodies list and some pictures of our new choices and our pricing. We will also be taking orders this week.

Felt adventurous today . Made chicken and waffles for dinner. Oh did I mention it is all gluten-free? Used boneless skinless chicken breast and plant based butter with honey and hot sauce on top. Thinking we can make these bite size for our menu. (Btw family loved it!!! They even ran back for seconds)

Just got home after a week's vacation in Grenada. Not many are aware but Grenada is known as "The Spice Island" in the Caribbean. They are known for their fresh nutmeg and cinnamon. Not the cinnamon we get in North America, they produce Ceylon Cinnamon which has better flavor and has more health benefits. Just look at the difference in size.

This year our will have some amazing flavour when we use these fresh spices in our pies.
