Velvet Threads are a female fronted band out of Saskatoon, serving up a lovely blend of gritty Rock and Americana, paired with strong soulful vocals and a touch of country charm. Known for their warm stage presence and high energy sets, they seamlessly mix genres, and plenty of personality into every performance for an unforgettable show.

The Manitou Beach Busking Festival is proud to present several Feature Stages. Everyone is invited to attend, entry by donation to the festival operations.

Come on down to Danceland for a special Toonie Night June 30th and for only $2 for kids (12 and under) and 2 Toonies for Adults ($4) and check out Bush League Orchestra. Hot dog special for the kiddos 6:00-7:00 with old time dance music. 7:00 Dianna is back with her passion for dancing with our kids program. 8:00 line dance lessons and then BLO playing a couple sets. What a great night to kick off Summer! The sun is always shining inside historic Danceland so come on down and let the kids give-er and burn off some steam at Toonie Night!

Hey everyone make sure you get to our first Toonie night of the summer June 30th. Dianna will be doing the kids program and line dancing and BLO will be coming up later for a special Canada Day Edition of Toonie Tuesday!
