cltv , A Black-owned Music and Culture company founded by Kolawole and Stak, is proud
to announce a new partnership with the to launch Sunset Beats— a reimagined version of its flagship event formerly known as Industry Nite Halifax.

Sunset Beats is more than a festival — it’s a cultural movement celebrating and amplifying Black creative talent in Atlantic Canada.

After successfully hosting over 24 Artists through
Industry Nite HFX, TIME CO is expanding its vision to include a two-part festival in June and August,right in the heart of downtown Halifax.

This year’s Sunset Beats will also spotlight the Roots Fund — a joint initiative with aimed at empowering marginalized Black artists with vital resources and support.

“We’re excited to bring Sunset Beats to life in partnership with Downtown Halifax,” said Kolawole Hassan Jr., President of TIME CO.“ This platform is about creating visibility,
opportunity, and lasting impact for Black creatives in our region”.

Supporting the fundraising effort, partner company will donate $1 for every campaign
share on their platform — encouraging community-driven support for the cause.
“Music has the power to unite and transform” said Shannon, Founder of AUDOJI. “The Partnership is a step toward a more equitable music industry”

Sunset Beats Festival promises a vibrant celebration of music, community, and culture — and everyone’s invited.
