Weekly Meal Services by Fusion Chef Intrusion is here to serve you Vancouver!

These pics are from a Chef Onsite service client cooking session where we perform all the shopping, cooking, packaging and labelling of your meal right your home kitchen.

Prices per week for 12 meals is average $437 per week made with fresh, seasonal and scratch ingredients and with sealed air-removed sous vide bags that keep the meals fresh for up to 5-6 days. Everything is included in the costs, and if you prefer to have meals prepared in our off site kitchen and have them delivered in the same way for a slightly lower price we also offer that to our customers as well.

Menus are 100% completely customizable, guaranteed fresh, affordable for anybody if you add up costs per week for groceries, mobile delivery apps, going to restaurants, and burning gas and time to do all of these things.

The entree: We have a 7 oz. grilled grass fed beef 🥩 sirloin steak with a black tiger prawn 🍤 red wine mushroom sauce, seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic potato purée. A little late for this post, but Fusion Chef Intrusion did an amazing menu for bachelorette dinner in Burnaby last May 23rd. We did a 3 course menu with halloumi skewers to start with a pan seared spring salmon, citrus beurre blanc, orange supremes, wilted seasonal greens, radish, spätzle followed by chocolate lava cake for dessert. Thank you ladies this one was a fun menu.

“King Oyster Mushroom Stroganoff”Blast from the Past - March 2022 - Locus Restaurant & Lounge - Last month I featured a vegetarian version of beef stroganoff but sliced and marinated some king oyster mushrooms instead of beef and made some egg noodles from scratch. Brought it all together with some mushroom and red wine stock, sour cream, peas and a bit of spinach. Nice and simple and perfect alternative to beef if that’s what you’re looking for.

Blast from the Past - March 2021, not that far from the past but thought I would post this since it’s a unique fish I love working with. We did this at the Locus last month rubbed with Cajun and served with a mango chutney, roasted sweet potatoes, cauliflower, yams, English peas, pea tendrils.

Haida Gwaii halibut is here! Last week I processed a 31 lb halibut from the north west coast of British Columbia from for as a test for some new products on our spring/summer menu which will still hopefully be launched on time even with the restaurant now coping with no in door dining until April 19th as outlined by our local health authority in Vancouver. In any event I will keep all of my followers posted and for the local followers stay tuned for some new halibut dishes coming your way, just won’t be in door dining unfortunately.

Today was just Googling around the web and found this article from "eatmuchlove" when she came to taste the spring/summer menu in 2019 when I was Executive Chef of the Locus Lounge. As my own company Fusion Chef Intrusion was only just introduced to Facebook last November I thought I would share this with all of you so you can understand my experience and background as a chef in Vancouver for the past many years in a variety of capacities.

I love what I do and am passionate about my work it doesn't matter if I'm cooking for you in your home or at a restaurant I put in a 1000% every time.
