Yesterday we attended the and met some lovely couples interested in hosting their wedding at this unique Toronto venue.

We are so lucky to be listed on their preferred vendor list because we love working at this stunning venue as often as possible (we are always excited to return!).

We often get asked why someone would book our services when they are already working with the staff at the venue. While the staff at a venue have your best interests at heart and do manage a lot of aspects of your wedding day, they typically only deal with venue logistics (catering, staffing, in-house rentals). In short, most venues will not put out your place cards, menus, welcome table and memory table or any other decor pieces and they won’t be chasing down any late vendors or checking to make sure everyone is on time.

This is where our services comes in. Our team arrives in time for your first vendor on-site and coordinates any vendor setups and deliveries of items throughout the day. We work WITH the venue staff to make sure everything goes off without a hitch and we take care of any items they aren’t able to.

I can’t believe we’re down to our last two weddings of the season already (but seriously, where did this year go 😭!?)

I’m so grateful for all our amazing clients and all of the incredible vendors who made the 2024 wedding season truly special ❤️

Please be advised that our team is taking a short break at the start of 2025 for my wedding in late May but we will be back to business in July after spending a few weeks celebrating (and relaxing after completing all of our own wedding planning 😂).

Had to shoutout some local wedding dress shops for helping me find not one but TWO dresses for my wedding ceremonies next year.

Krystal from in Newcastle found me the PERFECT dress for our Ireland wedding that fits my vision to a T ✨ She made the appointment so fun for me and my entourage and offered so many suggestions on how I could change and modify any of the dresses if required!

in Courtice helped me find my Canadian ceremony dress and I couldn’t be happier with it! They had the most adorable signs that my friends could hold up with their thoughts on the dresses I tried and their photo wall (complete with a ring light tripod for easy use) was fabulous!

Looking forward to showing off my dresses to everyone next year when I get my photos and video back!

We have some exciting news to share and some other updates about the upcoming wedding season!

🚨 You may have missed our recent Instagram story with our out of office dates for 2024. Please be advised we will be out of the country on the following dates with limited access to emails:

🇮🇹 June 20th - 30th
🇮🇪 July 16-23rd
🇨🇷 November 11 - 18th

🚨 We have made a lot of changes to our systems since last year. All clients will now be subscribed to a newsletter that will be sent out periodically throughout their journey with us. Our hope is this will make our clients feel more connected to us until Month of Coordination services begin!

🚨 As part of our commitment to providing great service to our clients we have provided a number of work sheets and documents for clients to complete before we kick off working together! We don’t want any details to be missed and we want to make sure everyone is on the same page well in advance of our services starting ❤️

🚨 I will not personally be taking any weddings in May and June in 2025 because I’ll be off in Ireland getting married myself! If you are interested in booking our alternate planner, Chelsea, for this time period please let me know! She’s received nothing but rave reviews from past clients and would love to help you with your wedding day!

Finally, I want to thank everyone who has supported me through thick and thin since I began this adventure of growing my own business. It’s definitely been a STEEP learning curve at times (with some very low lows and super high highs!) but I’m forever grateful for the vendors, clients, family, friends and most of all fellow wedding planners that have helped shape me into the business owner I am today ❤️✨

Time sure does fly by like Superman on his way to save the city of Metropolis 💥

Our 2024 calendar is booking up quickly and we just signed our first 2025 client today 🥳 We are fully booked for October 2024 but do have limited dates available in September.

As a reminder for anyone looking for 2025 wedding dates - we will not be taking any clients from May through June 2025 since we will be away in Ireland/Portugal for our wedding/honeymoon ❤️
