I'm humbled by this. Thanks to the kind people who voted for us and appreciate what we do. We've been working hard and we love doing it for you! It's things like this and the expressions of gratitude i get from all our regulars that make the grind worth it. From " Your keeping me alive!" Our Story

Lisa and Nick moved to Powell River from Squamish, B.C. when they bought the small commercial kitchen on the corner of Marine and Ash in Townsite in September 2019. With the building, they also acquired the assets of the business trading as Convenient Chef. The previous owner was focused on catering large events, while the new owners are instead focusing on cooking home-style balanced and delicious prepared meals which are sold fresh or frozen, for re-heating in the home or workplace. Convenient Chef meals are perfect for busy families, seniors, folks with disabilities, professionals, workers, the injured or sick and really anyone who doesn't have the time to or feel like cooking but wants to eat a wholesome nutritious meal in their own home or workplace.
