What a year 2025 was for arts and culture. There is no doubt that in Collingwood and South Georgian Bay, we are culturally rich.

It is really cool to see so many indivduals and artists going for it....putting their art out there.

As the 2025 recipient of the Robert Kemp Award, through the Blue Mountain Foundation for The Arts, for an innovative arts project (NCLUDE, The Art of Culture), let us pay homage to one of the leaders of the arts and culture scene.

The BMFA just turned fifty, so let's celebrate that, and let this serve a reminder to producing your art fearlessly.

What a honour to produce and share "The Art of Culture", storytelling series of diverse voices from small business owners across Simcoe County; in partnership with Simcoe County, Community Futures - South Georgian Bay and The Small Business Enterprise Centre. Now its my turn to tell my story as a videographer, storyteller and business owner.
So I want to be a storyteller? NCLUDE “The Art of Culture”, is a visual storytelling platform that celebrates arts, culture and artistic expression, while reflecting the evolving communities around Collingwood, South Georgian Bay, Simcoe County and beyond.
Our mission is to help lead the conversation in a world where diverse voices thrive—where inclusion, equity, and lifelong learning drive cultural understanding, inspire unity, and create lasting community impact.”
This is a story I wrote called "The Senses", told from Collingwood and South Georgian Bay.
