Day 2 at the ICA Conference: what a finale! 🙌

We kicked off the morning with a delicious breakfast before diving into an inspiring panel featuring our Managing Partners, Executive Chef, and VP of Events, who shared the story of Daniel et Daniel. 🎤

The day unfolded with a thought-provoking session on sustainability led by Just Vertical’s Co-Founder & CEO and followed by a fascinating tour of the , insightful breakout sessions, and a delectable lunch.🍛

The afternoon brought a wealth of knowledge with talks from the VP of Destination Development and the Chairwoman of the Grow a Catering Foundation, alongside our wonderful sponsors.💫

We concluded on a high note with actionable strategies to transform teams from resistance to results. It was an inspiring, delicious, and truly memorable final day at the ROM!✨

What better way to welcome the ICA Conference to Toronto?✨

We welcomed guests at Daniel et Daniel with espresso martinis and
mini croissants before an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our historic four-floor brownstone commissary, where our pastry sous chef showed how innovation brings our creations to life (and yes… there was foie gras 😉)

We ended the day 1 with a cocktail reception at Thompson Landry Gallery, featuring food stations inspired by the streets of Toronto celebrating the city’s flavours, creativity, and energy 🥂

Our Summer Staff Appreciation Party was a beautiful celebration of the heart and soul of Daniel et Daniel, our fantastic team! ✨

We enjoyed delicious Filipino dishes from Tinuno , heartfelt speeches, anniversary toasts, and ended the night on a high note with unforgettable karaoke 🎤🥂

The launch of the new Porsche 911 at
Porsche Centre North Toronto wasn’t just about a car, it was about an experience.

A bold atmosphere called for a menu to match. Think
foie gras profiteroles with redcurrant pearls, and a
lineup of flavour-packed surprises.
