Last night was a 40th birthday dinner. This couple were absolutely amazing and I had a blast chatting and cooking for them. Lots of laughs, even through technical difficulties (running out of propane 😜) but everything worked out because we just “pivot” and keep going lol Making magic happen is what I love ❤️ Cheers to the Birthday boy! 🥳🎉

Surprises are the Best!! Last night was a special celebration for a wonderful couple. They thought they were going out for dinner with family but their good friends put this plan into motion awhile ago. I’ve had the great privilege of cooking for this group for many years but they all usually know about it 😜 Needless to say they were very happy with the surprise and I’m grateful to be a part of that. Happy Anniversary Theresa & Phil!! As always Thank you to Kelli & Pat, you’re amazing!! ♥️

I had the pleasure of cooking for another amazing couple last night ! I love that they decided to stay local for a mini getaway and indulge in a private dining experience. I enjoy cooking in the elements because it keeps things interesting and I’m grateful for every time I get to share my love of the culinary arts!

As 2024 winds down and we get ready to ring in the New Year 🥳I’d like to take this opportunity to send out my sincere thanks and gratitude for all the wonderful clients this year and every year since 2011 🥰 It’s been an absolute pleasure cooking for all of you!

A big Thank you to my Sous Chef William - it never ceases to amaze me how we have the ability to do what we do and still keep going strong! Thank you so much buddy!!

To my Amazing Partner Ian - Thank you so much for all your support in all the things! It’s been a challenge since my injury back in July and you have been absolutely incredible, I literally could not have done it without you!! You’re the absolute best and I’m so grateful ♥️

Yesterday evening was the annual event for a group I’ve had the pleasure of serving for a number of years. It’s always nice to see familiar faces with lots of smiles and hugs. The full bellies and not much leftovers are confirmation I’ve done my job well. Thank you to my amazing partner Ian!! And for all of the attendees. It was a beautiful venue and a wonderful evening.
