One of my favourite parts of being a private chef is getting to celebrate my clients' special moments. 🤍

Last year, my client hired me to cater a bachelorette weekend for her friend. This year, I had the pleasure of cooking for her intimate wedding celebration at their summer home in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

For her special day, we put together a menu filled with all of her favourite dishes and requests. From appetizers to dessert, every course was chosen with the bride in mind, making the evening feel extra personal and meaningful.

There’s something so special about celebrating at home, with the people you love most gathered around one table.

Thank you so much. I'm beyond grateful and happy to have been part of such a beautiful milestone. It was truly an honour to cook for you and your loved ones. Wishing the newlyweds a lifetime of love, happiness, and many delicious meals together! 🥂✨

Private Chef request with an Asian dinner edition + a fun interactive class 🥢✨

This amazing family travelled from far just to celebrate a special milestone birthday. The wife and kids secretly planned a beautiful surprise gathering that turned into such a heartwarming evening.

The family arranged a private family hands-on fresh rolls making experience,plus a specially requested Asian fusion delights menu to complete the night:

Such a joyful celebration filled with love, food, and unforgettable moments 🫶

As usual, I wasn’t able to properly document each dish in the moment 😅 from the seafood pasta (aka “pasta noodles” as the kids called it), to dessert, and the Asian porchetta, everything came together too fast and too fun to pause the night.

✨ Bruschetta & Boards

• Heirloom tomato bruschetta

• Classic charcuterie board with all lactose-free cheese (by request)

🥐 Holiday Mini Puff Pastry Bites

• Prosciutto with caramelized pineapple

• Mini mushroom & rosemary bites (didn’t make it into the video)

• Puff pastry with fresh berries and compote

• Fig & lactose-free feta with smoky muscovado onions

🥗 First Course

• Niagara apple & beet Waldorf

• Mixed greens with citrus vinaigrette

🍲 Second Course

• Deeply roasted kabocha squash

• Grilled sourdough

🍝 Third Course

• Homemade pasta using Tipo 00 flour

• Spinach & sautéed mushroom lactose free carbonara finished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano

• Braised beef short ribs 

• Olive oil mashed potatoes,Roasted seasonal vegetables, Red wine demi-glace

🍎 Dessert

• Mini apple crumble rosé

• Roasted apples with festive holiday spices

This past summer, I quietly celebrated a 5 yr. journey full of growth, gratitude, and change. 

I started in 2020 as a freelance chef in Toronto,building my career one meal at a time during the pandemic.Special thanks to the family who welcomed me as their seasonal cottage private chef in Muskoka your trust and warmth mean the world. 💛

In Dec 2021, we moved to Niagara for a slower, calmer pace. It gave me space to create, connect with my craft, and enjoy new parenthood.

Many of you asked about hosting larger gatherings… and I’m thrilled to say I’m ready! 🎉

✨✨ I now accept bookings for up to 50 guests and can recommend stunning venues for 50–150 seated guests, fully set up and ready to go.✨✨

✨🍂Bachelorette Party with Falls Vibes 🍂✨

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely bride-to-be and her friends,  a cozy,  evening filled with laughter, love, and all of the bride’s favorite foods 💍🍁

Menu Highlights:

🧀 Mac & Cheese Croquettes 

🥗 Roasted Beets, Bosc Pear & Grape Salad with arugula, almonds, and lemon apple cider vinaigrette

🍷 Bourguignon de Côte Courte – hunter-style braised Beef short ribs in mushroom, merlot sauce

🫒olive oil mashed potatoes 

🥕maple-glazed heirloom roasted carrots and brussel sprouts 

🍏 Cider Caramel Parfait,

 stewed Niagara apples, oat-pecan citrus crumble, warm cider caramel layered with maple whipped cream
