Our BBQ pitmaster has created detailed and easy to understand instructions, along with a video that will take you step by step through the entire process.

The mac and cheese is a favourite on both our Wedding Feast Package, and our Food Truck package. It is made with an in house béchamel sauce, our chef smoked cheese, and baked to crispy perfection.

Meet Ethan and Leana, the new owners of Barn and Country Catering!

They officially took over at the start of 2025, but have been working alongside Kent and Angela since 2024 to ensure a smooth transition.

Both born and raised in the area, Ethan and Leana are now raising a family of their own, four kids with one more on the way, and are proud to continue the tradition of keeping Barn and Country a true family-run business.

Ethan, one of the many Foley siblings, feels especially grateful to take the reins from his parents, Kent and Angela, who spent years building a business that runs with heart, care, and efficiency.

Now, Ethan and Leana are excited to carry that legacy forward, staying true to the values that built B&C while bringing in a few fresh ideas of their own along the way.
