As your wedding coordinator, I handle every detail—including helping your wedding party and family!

From ensuring your bridesmaids are dressed on time with bouquets in hand, to making sure the groomsmen are ready and their boutonnieres are perfectly pinned, to making sure your parents have taken a deep breath and have kleenex if they need, I’ve got everything covered.

Once you say “I Do,” I’ll welcome your wedding party back at the reception, and make sure drinks are ready at their seats before I cue your grand entrance!

Planning a wedding is no small task, and if you’re in the thick of it—(2025 brides, I see you) you know how quickly things can become stressful and chaotic.

Suddenly, your free time is consumed with budget crunching, researching vendors, scrolling through Instagram and Pinterest, and sending endless emails, working to bring your vision to life all while trying to keep up with work life, and time with your friends and family.

If you’re finding the process overwhelming, that’s completely okay—because it is overwhelming.
If you’re not loving every single moment of planning your special day, that’s okay too. Focus on the parts that you do love.

As your wedding planner, I do so much more than just planning, or coordinating, or handling the logistics and details of your dream wedding day. One of the biggest and most important parts of my role is to be your advocate, your confidant, and your support system through it all.

I know that you’ve likely never planned a wedding before. I know you have questions, concerns, and even a tiny bit of worry about the big things, the little things, and everything in between. I’m here to answer those questions, provide you with the knowledge and explanations you’re looking for, and support you along the way so you feel confident knowing everything is covered and taken care of.

Yes, I build timelines, manage budgets, design floor plans, track rsvps, and send hundreds of emails on your behalf, but through that process, the support and peace of mind I give you is (dare I say), the most valuable part of working with me. 🤍

The morning of your wedding day is filled with excitement, butterflies, and often a flurry of activity! Hair & makeup artists are coming and going, photographers are working their magic, florals are getting delivered, and your coordinator may even check in on you. No doubt this period of your day is busy!

Here are our expert tips so you can walk down the aisle having enjoyed getting ready with your girls:

- Steam your dresses the night before. Doing it on the morning of can heat up the room which isn’t ideal during hair and makeup.

- Pack straws for easy sips of water! It will keep your lipstick from getting smudged. (And your makeup artist will thank you)

- Stay hydrated! It’s easy when those butterflies kick in to not drink water as you should, but being hydrated making everything easier. Should you sip on a mimosa (or two), be sure to have an extra drink of water too.

- Arrange food delivery ahead of time so you can eat and not feel light headed by the time you’re half way done photos.

- Give your coordinator your MOH/Bridesmaids number so you’re not constantly on your phone. Fun fact - the MOH is usually my contact when the bridal party is away taking photos.

- Remove all socks, bras, and hair elastics at least two hours before you need to leave to avoid skin creases in any photos.

- Take each bouquet out of its vase about 30 minutes before you need to leave so they can dry without leaving water spots on any dresses.

- Have your bridesmaids get dressed before you so they can either help you with your dress or you can do a first look together!

If you’re newly engaged, you’re likely seeing the terms wedding coordinator and wedding planner all over your social feed and latest google searches.

A wedding coordinator is responsible for supporting you in those final weeks leading up to your wedding. Their main task is to expertly execute the plans you’ve already made, so you can fully take in your day. They’ll look after things such as building your timeline with you, confirming vendors on the day of, coordinating your rehearsal, and of course - your wedding day! Most often, wedding coordinators have packages titled Day of Coordination, Event Management or Wedding Management.

Day of Coordination is best for couples who have the time, and interest in planning majority of their day, while handing the reigns off to a pro ahead of time so they can soak in every moment, and, let’s be honest - enjoy the party!

A wedding planner is responsible for bringing every aspect of your wedding to life. Their main job is to take the day you’ve always dreamed about from something in your mind, to a real life magical wedding day experience. They’ll look after every aspect of planning including everything from vendor sourcing and selection, budget management, rsvp tracking, decor and design, logistic planning, building your timeline, full set up and clean up, and of course, making sure everything comes together just as you imagined it would. Most often, a wedding planner will have a package titled Full Service Planning.

Full Service Planning is best for couples who want a pro on their side every step of the way to allow them to focus on the fun stuff, soak in their engagement, and make sure that planning a wedding doesn’t take up every second of their spare time.
