2 parts Lambrusco
1 part Aperol
1 part Grapefruit juice

Serve over ice, garnish with an olive + a grapefruit or orange slice. SO GOOD

They’re sweet, juicy, and perfect on crostini with whipped ricotta. Party bites that feel elevated, a perfect holiday appetizer✨

Roasted Grape & Whipped Ricotta Crostini 🍇

*ROASTED GRAPES Toss 2 cups grapes with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. Roast at 425 for 20 minutes or until grapes start to blister.

*CROSTINI
Brush sliced baguette or ciabatta slices with olive oil and bake at 425 for 5-7 minutes

*WHIPPED RICOTTA
1 cup ricotta
2 tsp honey (I used truffle honey)
Pinch kosher salt and pepper
1 tsp lemon zest

Beat ingredients in a mixer about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy

Spread ricotta on baguette top with roasted grapes, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sea salt✨

If you’re doing a grazing situation, make it the star — not something that comes before dinner.

🍽️ Mix textures and flavours: pickled, raw, roasted, baked, creamy, crunchy
🍽️Think beyond charcuterie: meat doesn’t have to only be cured meats. Chicken, beef, seafood or even tinned fish
🍽️Pair unlikely flavours side by side (fresh apricots with grilled chicken, for example)
🍽️Balance vegetables, fruit, breads + cheeses
🍽️Dips + condiments tie everything together
🍽️Finish with herbs, sprinkles, and a few good drizzles

Warm citrus olives with chili are a perfect first bite for a cocktail or dinner party ✨
Simple, a little briny and a little spicy.

Warm Spicy Citrus Olives
2 cups mixed olives, pitted + drained
2 strips orange or lemon peel
1/4 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp good olive oil

Warm everything gently in a small pan or oven safe dish at 350 for 10–15 minutes, just until the olives are soft and fragrant. Serve immediately
