My apologies to all my followers for the lack of posts as of late. We recently lost a very special member 🐕 of our family and it hasn’t been an easy adjustment.

I’m kind of loving the pre-planning happening right now! I’ve already got more graduation orders right now than I did all together last year. This absolutely thrilled me because I LOVE making wearables. Corsages, boutonnières, barrettes and hair combs, bring it! Want to do something funky like glitter or feathers? Let’s chat! Been awhile since I gave these any love online. Our candle & flower combos are still such a great seller. It’s not about longevity for these blooms, it’s about the fun little package and the beautiful keepsake. Our .handcrafted candles smell great and are environmentally friendly, a fabulous gift, small table centrepiece, or even a neat table place setting!

That is certainly a wrap for the busiest week of the year. Wishing all the moms, step-moms, grandmas, all of you beautiful caregivers out there a wonderful Mother’s Day.

Thank you to my family for all of their love and support, and for the parts they play in making The Little Red Rose such a success.

And finally a shout out to my fellow florists who have been working hard, eating little and sleeping even less for the past week. It is truly a floral marathon.
