Hello beautiful people!!! 👋👋

I’ve been a bit quiet lately, and some of my 'curious cats' might have noticed I’ve been away from the kitchen. 🕵️‍♀️
I’m reaching out with some heavy news:
Last week, I had a heart attack. It was a huge shock, and to be honest, I’m still trying to get my head around it all at 38!🤯
The good news is I am finally home and starting my recovery journey. 🏠😊
But because I have to follow strict doctor's orders to let my heart heal, Cup's Catering and Chocolate Creations is temporarily pausing all orders til the end of June.😔
I know I haven't posted in a bit, and I truly appreciate all the messages checking in on me—you guys are the absolute heart behind this small business!🫶
I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who visited me, sent messages, and showed me so much love while I was in the hospital. I felt every bit of it!💕💕
I’ll be taking some quiet time to rest, but I can’t wait to see all your beautiful faces and get back to making your favourite treats once I’m stronger. 🍓

👀If you’ve seen my garden lately, you know my green onions are officially taking over! 🤯
I love growing my own produce, and since I have more than I can use, I want to share them with you all.I am offering FREE green onions and plant starters! 🆓
🪶For those who might not know, we as Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte carry the teachings of the Peacemaker. He brought us the message of the "One Mind" (Ka’nikonhrí:yo)—the idea that when we align our thoughts in peace, kindness, and unity, we can take care of one another as one family.🤝
✨With how expensive things are these days, I want to live out that teaching by making sure no one goes without. These onions and starters are a gift to the community to keep our "One Mind" strong.
