The Jamaica International Beauty Expo (JIBE)🇯🇲

This moment was never just a speech.
It was a calling.

In April 2025, I stood at the media launch and spoke about vision, legacy, and global opportunity not knowing how much it would grow from there.

Since first attending Jamaica International Beauty Expo in 2023, the journey has expanded into leadership, advocacy, and impact including being appointed JIBE Ambassador for Canada and co-leading an entire Canadian Delegation to Jamaica for the past 2 stagings.

JIBE is more than an expo.
It’s a platform for hair, beauty, wellness, fashion, trade, and global collaboration.
It’s where Jamaican excellence meets international opportunity.

As we prepare for the 7th staging in June 2026, the call is going out 🇨🇦🇯🇲 to Entrepreneurs. Beauty Brands. Educators. Thought leaders.

Love lives here. ❤️

Standing inside this heart, I’m reminded that the most important relationship I will ever nurture…
is the one I have with myself.

Self-love is discipline.
Self-love is boundaries.
Self-love is forgiving yourself and still moving forward.

And from that place:
I get to love my children unconditionally.
My family deeply.
My friends intentionally.
My community globally.

Love is not limited to one day.
It’s universal.
It’s expansive.
It’s healing.

Today I celebrate every form of love,
romantic, platonic, familial, spiritual…
and most importantly, the love within. ❤️

Nothing about this is overnight.
This is 10+ years of faith when I couldn’t see the outcome.
Passion when it wasn’t profitable yet.
Consistency when no one was watching.

This is what alignment looks like earned.

This year, I’m working smarter not harder.
Refining, elevating, and rolling out services and offerings that reflect the level of experience, clarity, and impact I bring to every room I enter.

And in true alignment fashion, I showed up to support my mentee on her Field Trip Content Day at with her mentees in her community (which makes me extremely proud) and I somehow ended up with a mic in my hand, on stage, because when you walk in purpose, leadership finds you.

My 2026 is all about alignment, expansion, and impact
built on everything that came before it.

JAMAICA NEEDS US NOW.🇯🇲🙏🏾🇯🇲

Hurricane Melissa has left our beautiful island in crisis, homes destroyed, families displaced, and communities in deep need. As a proud Jamaican, who truly lives her country, my heart is broken for my island and my people.

I’ve decided to add a Jamaica Hurricane Relief to my annual this year.

Together with .smart, owner of the (for the drop off location) and (who runs a monthly food bank) we’ve launched a Jamaica Hurricane Relief Drive to collect essential items and funds for families affected across the island. We are inviting you to joins in helping the people of Jamaica ❤️💛💚

How You Can Help:
Drop off non-perishable food, toiletries, clothing, children’s toys, school supplies, hygiene products, blankets, and cleaning supplies.
📍Drop-Off Location: The O Spot, 362 Kingston Rd W, Unit 5, Ajax

📅 Drop-Off Days:
Wednesday- Saturday: 10AM–6PM
Sunday: 11AM–4PM

Jamaica, my beautiful island, the land that raised me, the soil that shaped me, is in the path of a devastating Category 5 hurricane Melissa🇯🇲

To my fellow Jamaicans at home and abroad, we are praying with you, we are standing with you, and we will not stop believing that God will protect our island. 🙏🏾💚💛🖤

From Kingston 11 where my story began to every corner of this nation, may the hand of God cover every home, every family, and every heart.
Lord, please calm the winds, still the waves, and shield the people of Jamaica under Your mighty wings.

Jamaica, we are a people of faith, strength, and resilience.
We have overcome before, and by God’s grace, we will rise again. 🇯🇲❤️
