My husband and I could not possibly have been happier with our planner, Natalie, with P.S Events Group. We were planning on getting married on the Toronto Island, however with just three weeks out, our venue (and the whole island!!) flooded. Needless to say we were beyond stressed in finding a new venue and planning a whole new wedding in just three short weeks. We were lucky to find a venue, however it was DIY, bare-bones, and we had to rent 99% of everything we needed to host a 126 person party.
Luckily we hired Natalie for the month-of coordination (since we knew we'd need some help planning the logistics of getting married on an island), and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in planning our wedding 2.0. She was practically available around the clock, had incredible communication with our vendors (many of which she suggested and negotiated the prices for), and helped our day run incredibly smoothly. We worried about *NOTHING*. She set up the venue for us and responded to every curve ball (like having cases of wine and beer untouched but needed to go out and get extra hard liquor during the wedding haha). This is of course on top of reviewing all of our vendor contracts, and she even attended meetings with us (e.g. food tasting, etc) and made recommendations and pointed out things that we wouldn't have noticed (e.g. some appetizers would be easier to eat if presented in a different way, etc).
Clearly I cannot say enough. If you're thinking of getting a planner, it is well worth it. Even with a planner there are so many emails/calls/decisions to make, and we couldn't have done it without Natalie's help. Natalie is truly amazing, she was a huge part of our special day, and we are better for having known her. Thank you, Natalie!
