One practice / hobby that has stayed with me since I was about 12 is i love a good journal session. Not one to talk about deep life things with more then a handful of people. But my journals they have seen it all, been thru it all. I hope to continue on this practice. Maybe even pass it along to the boys. Did I journal 10x more in different season of life for sure… but sticking to at least getting our own & paper once a week is an absolute must for my brain 🧠 & Heart ♥️. So shout out to all yall who make journaling look really cool cause mine definitely ain’t that 😂

Trying to do fun crafts with little kids can be tough and messy but they still talk about their fairy garden homes every day and this was a month ago. Don’t forget to lean into your season of little kids if you’re in it. Way easier when you just accept it for being a short lived season. Don’t get it twisted we had a melt down or two during this little 30-40 minute craft.
