One of the most rewarding parts of building Spirit of Niagara is thoughtfully pairing each signature experience with the perfect setting.

Every venue is carefully selected—not simply because it's beautiful, but because its character, hospitality and sense of place become part of the guest experience itself.

This week I had the pleasure of meeting with the wonderful Phaedra Levytam at Peller Estates Winery to share one of the newest experiences we're developing for the Spirit of Niagara collection.

The conversation was inspiring, the possibilities exciting, and I left even more convinced that extraordinary experiences begin with extraordinary partners.

I'm keeping the details under wraps for now... but I can promise this: we're creating experiences unlike anything else in Niagara.

This is just the beginning.

Congratulations to Niagara College's Andrea Fujarczuk on being named the 2026 recipient of the prestigious Les Dames d'Escoffier International Legacy Award for the Kentucky Spirits: From Grain to Glass experience.

Selected as the sole global recipient, Andrea continues to shine an international spotlight on Niagara's emerging spirits industry while inspiring the next generation of distillers through her work as Program Coordinator and Professor in Niagara College's School of Wine, Beer and Spirits.

What we admire most is that this recognition isn't simply about personal achievement.

It's about bringing new knowledge back to Niagara and helping establish our region as a destination recognized not only for exceptional wines, but also for world-class spirits.

Congratulations, Andrea, on this remarkable achievement. You continue to inspire us all while helping elevate Niagara on the world stage.

Some of my favourite meetings are the ones where ideas begin to take shape. Looking forward to seeing where this conversation leads.

Today I had the pleasure of spending time with Chef John Vetere and Julie Tanos at Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery.

Without giving too much away... we explored ideas around one of Spirit of Niagara's newest signature experiences.

What excites me most is finding partners who believe, as we do, that great experiences are about so much more than an event.

They're about extraordinary food.
Exceptional wine.
Meaningful connection.
And creating moments people remember long after they leave.

Ravine has always embodied that philosophy, which is exactly why today's conversation felt so exciting.

Proud to celebrate one of Niagara's incredible family wineries. Congratulations to Rosewood Estates on an amazing milestone—we can't wait to see what's next.

One of the things I love most about Spirit of Niagara is celebrating the people and places that make this region so extraordinary.

This September, Rosewood Estates Winery & Meadery is celebrating its 20th Harvest—a milestone that reflects generations of passion, craftsmanship and family tradition.

Known for its award-winning VQA wines, handcrafted meads and an incredible 92-year beekeeping legacy, Rosewood has become one of Niagara's most authentic and beloved destinations.

On Saturday, September 12, guests will enjoy an afternoon with the Rosewood family, winemakers Doug and Justin, and Estate Chef Peter Pietruniak, sharing great food, exceptional wines, stories from the past twenty harvests, and a celebration of everything that makes the Beamsville Bench so special.
