I’ve been asked a few times where the name Pedal Board comes from 🤍
For me, it’s a feeling.

It’s the image of a slow afternoon, sun on your skin, a basket on the front of your bike filled with fresh bread, cheese, and simple things that don’t need to be complicated.

Pedaling along the Mediterranean coast, or down to the bustling beach, with nowhere else to be and no need to rush.

It’s about arriving somewhere with people you love, laying everything out, and sharing. Slowly, intentionally.

Laughing, talking, savoring each bite and each moment.

Pedal Board Catering was created from that feeling.

Food made for sharing, for slowing down, and for being together 🤍
