A little belated - but wow we got to see and serve so many of you in the community for a beautiful winter day at the surgeon county winterfest 2025!!
The event exceeded our expectations 😃

Yesterday we had the privilege of catering for a long time family friend’s son on his Wedding day!
It was beautiful and the food made it fun & different. The main courses were to celebrate some of their heritage with a traditional Cajun gumbo & rice and a shrimp pastalaya.
It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces again and serve them with my team.

At CFC Last night we enjoyed hosting a lovely local group of ladies for their Christmas gathering!
Roasted cranberry & Brie Chicken is always a hit, maple carrots, roasted rosemary potato… and dessert… apple crisp & pumpkin pie cheesecake trifle. What more could you ask for?!
