Friday night lights....what a night!!! Got home around 4am woke up at 9am to open for 12-4pm to help out Sarah...a dinner party @ 6pm then bed!

Lunch & dinner for a great group of Bison farmers!!
Lunch Bison sliders topped with Chipotle aioli and spinach with a side of dill pickle poutine. Dinner smoked Bison Brisket with baked beans, Cesar salad and deepfried Brussel Sprouts
