What a FEAST line-up we have in store for you🔥

FEAST is the food for your mind that you might not even know you need. Or perhaps you feel it deep in your bones that you do need it.

This beautiful human - Sarah is the founder of project and a body language coach who helps women build confidence, feminine presence and ease through practical techniques that change the way you move through the world.

With more than 20 years of experience, and a background as a World Professional ballroom semi-finalist, Sarah has coached hundreds of women to refine their presence, communication and confidence, including supporting the Mrs. International 2024 and 2025 winners.

What Sarah teaches pertains to every single woman reading this (trust us - we’ve taken her classes!).

How you enter a room.
How you carry yourself.
How you communicate without saying a word.
How you feel in your body when all eyes are on you.

Nobody has ever stepped away from one of Sarah’s body language classes and thought, I wish I hadn’t spent my time there. Quite the opposite.

So, on October 25 - we’re bringing her to FEAST here in Squamish and of course - we’d love for you to join us.

We’ve all been to the beautiful events. Perfect lighting, perfect florals, perfect outfits.

But it’s often not the thing you remember.

You remember who you sat next to. The energy you felt the moment you walked into the space. The feeling.

That’s the part we are most proud of.

Our intention is simple - we want you to feel confident, capable, like you belong exactly as you are. We hear it after almost every dinner: this felt different.

Our table still turns out beautiful. It just was never the whole point.

From the glasswear to the chairs, the content of the conversation to the questions we encourage our guests to ask. It’s so clear we’re all tired of it. On socials and even more so in real life.

Never is that felt more than at Wilder Side of Business panel events.

We don’t attempt to draw you in with a hook of false promise that we’re going to send you home with life changing skills to upend your career and deliver your highest revenue year. What we do claim is to be a safe place for conversation.

We’re unafraid to bring the topics to the table and hold space for the questions and opinions you might not feel comfortable asking or sharing elsewhere.
