The conference facilitated important conversations, one of which sparked a national news story. This is what running a virtual conference looks like. OBS Studio broadcasting into Zoom, recorded presentations with live Q&A, exhibitor/breakout sessions, countdown timers... It's all part of managing a virtual event. And I get to serve an incredible group of dedicated professionals - the SANP - Saskatchewan Association of Nurse Practitioners Education Conference. Today is the first day of their 2-day virtual conference.

The event management world is definitely shifting! With large gatherings still banned and Zoom meetings happening everywhere, the event world is going virtual (at least temporarily). To gain more knowledge to help my clients, I'm attending "The Virtual Event on Virtual Events" this weekend hosted by SAGE Event Management. I'll keep you posted on what I learn!
