THE NEW MENU IS HERE

We’ve been working on some new dishes, bringing back the favourites, and giving the Firelane 300 catering menu a little refresh.

You’ll find brisket, pork belly, stuffed chicken thighs, pizzas, smoked chicken wraps, pork tenderloin sliders, zucchini noodle lasagnas and our Smokecuterie Box all in one place.

Good food, generous portions, and Family inspired BBQ made for sharing.

Sunday is our Father’s Day Pop-Up featuring the Smokecuterie Platter! If you haven’t ordered yours yet, there’s still time – we’ll be taking orders until the end of the day today!

Back in February, our first Firelane 300 BBQ Pop-Up was in support of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Elementary, providing the school with new musical instruments for their classrooms via the Niagara Conservatory of Music's Music Gives program!

We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who ordered, because every Smokecuterie Platter sold helped bring music to the school. Here's a photo from the day we delivered the donated instruments to the school, including ukuleles, cajon drums, djembe, and boomwhackers.
