Tonight’s menu….beef Wellington with a rich beef and red wine gravy, rosemary and garlic roasted fingerling potatoes, mixed spring greens served with warm sweet onion and raspberry dressing . Dessert was Eton mess a British dessert with vanilla custard, fresh strawberry purée , whip cream and a crispy meringue…. DM for pricing and availability.
