So as most of you know by now, my husband and I are opening our very own plant based café this month. We’ve poured our heart and soul into this business and want portray the message that a plant based diet is the way of the future. We believe that you can enjoy amazing food, a pleasant atmosphere, indulge in delicious desserts and get your caffeine fix all without supporting the planet killing, torture and murderous industry that is the meat and dairy industry. The biggest change you can make as a human being towards peace, environmental change and bodily health is through the adoption of a plant based diet. We believe in love and respect for ALL sentient creatures and do our absolute best to keep our environmental impact to an absolute minimum.
We plan on getting as many of our ingredients local as we possibly can. We are firm believers in supporting other local businesses and farmers. We are making everything from scratch, down to the plant based milk we will be serving with our coffee.
We want to make Peterborough better.
We have had so much support already from our friends and family and other local businesses and want to keep the momentum going to truly bring our dream to its fullest fruition.
We are as grass roots as it gets. We have started everything from the ground up and have scraped by and saved every penny we have to give to our vision.
