🔥🌮 STOP SCROLLING — THIS IS A TACO EMERGENCY 🌮🔥

Tomorrow is TACO TUESDAY and we’ll be holding down the fort at the Taco Hut, 57 Epingishmok — fully staffed, fully loaded, and ready to feed your taco cravings like it’s our life’s mission (because it kinda is).

We’ll try our best to take pre-orders… but let’s be honest, once the tacos start flying, it’s like herding cats with salsa. 🐱🌶

This week’s plan:
We’ll be at the Taco Hut all week AND all weekend. Unfortunately, no beach runs this weekend — packing, hauling, and setting up is a lot of work, and after this past weekend’s heat, I think the crew and I have earned a break from the road. So you can find us chilling (and grilling) right here at home base.

This week is also bittersweet — it’s Liberty’s last week with us before she heads off to college! 🎓 Let’s send her off with full bellies and best wishes as she starts this exciting new chapter. Liberty, it’s been a pleasure having you this summer, and we wish you nothing but success and happiness in your bright, bold future. 💛

🔥 It’s hotter than a jalapeño in a sauna today, but guess what? We’re still bringing you tacos. 🌮💥

Find us at the pavilion down by the boat from 12–6 ONLY — because as much as I love y’all, I’m not trying to become a human churro out here.

The heat got me yesterday, but I’m a trooper… and you need tacos… so here I am, back in the ring. 🥊🌮 I’ve got my student with me for her second shift, so be kind, be patient, and maybe fan us with a palm leaf while you wait.

🌮 CLOSED TODAY – But for good reason 😤

We’re not open today because we’re elbows-deep in prep—smoking and marinating all your favourite meats to make this weekend one for the books. Between El Fumado, Chicken Tinga, and our Sunset Catch, it’s a full-blown meat marathon over here.

Trying to smoke, prep, and run the taco hut all at once? Impossible. I’ve already looked into cloning myself—no luck 🤪

That said… I’m still looking for a hardworking, beach-loving, taco-obsessed chef who can handle the heat and hustle with me. If that’s you (or someone you know), hit me up!

Thank you to everyone who came out — the OG taco lovers, the new faces, the beach bums, the snack monsters, and the sunset chasers. Y’all showed UP and showed OUT! It was so good seeing you all living your best lives, soaking in the views, and devouring tacos with your crew. 😎🌊
We SOLD. OUT. Sunday night at West Beach — like, wiped clean. Not even a chip left to cry into. So sadly, I couldn’t pop up at the pavilion today (blame the taco gods 😩).
But don’t worry... I’m back in the kitchen today getting everything prepped for the main event: Taco Tuesday 💃🌮 Come hungry, come early, and come ready.

🌮✨ Taco Tuesday Update! ✨🌮

We just want to take a moment to say thank you for all the incredible support we’ve been getting lately! 🙏💛 Taco Tuesday is by far our busiest day of the week, and we’re so grateful for how much you all show up for us.

That said, we do want to apologize if we haven’t been able to get back to messages or calls on Tuesdays. There’s only a small crew of us running the stand, and on Taco Tuesday it’s pretty much non-stop from the moment we open until we close. By the time we can even look at our phones, the day is over.

Please know we’re not ignoring anyone—we’re just fully in the taco trenches 🌮🔥 making sure everyone gets their orders out fresh and delicious. We’re working on improving this and appreciate your patience and understanding as we juggle it all!

😴 Closed Sunday & Monday 😴

We were so wiped out we literally slept through all of Sunday (seriously, don’t ask how many naps we took 😅).

We’ll also be closed today (Monday) so we can catch up on all the prep needed to make Taco Tuesday the best day of the week 🌮🔥

We’re thinking about putting together Taco Night Freezer Packs so you can stock up on your faves and always be 10 minutes away from taco glory.
