🍂 OUR FALL MENU IS COMING! 🍂

Starting September 3rd, Mi Sueño is switching things up for fall! 🌮🍁

We’ve shortened our menu a little, kept the favourites you guys love, and added some new comfort foods that are PERFECT for the cooler weather — Birria Dippers, wings, sweet potato fries with chipotle dip, loaded chorizo sweet potato fries, Soup of the Day, our new Dino Kids Combo and more!

We’ll also be bringing out some rotating fall specials throughout the season, including empanadas, our Birria Scone Burger and a few other things we’ve been dreaming up.

Our hours are staying the same, and Friday & Saturday nights we’ll continue staying open until 11 PM through October, with lots of movie nights and fall fun planned. 🎬🔥🍂

Sorry for the late post today — but we are officially BACK OPEN and ready for a Saturday night at Mi Sueño!

We’re open until 11 PM tonight, and since it’s getting darker earlier, we’re starting the movies early and doing a DOUBLE FEATURE!

🍂 SUNDAY MARKETS ARE COMING! 🍂

We’re excited to announce that our first Sunday Market will be September 6th!

With fall just around the corner, a few of us wanted to put together something fun for the community — somewhere to go on a Sunday, get out of the house, walk around, visit with each other, grab something to eat, shop from local vendors and just enjoy the day.

Whether you bake, bead, craft, make art, grow vegetables, sell preserves, clothing or other goodies — come set up! We’d love to have a good mix of vendors and see what everyone has to offer.

And for all you pumpkin spice lovers...
I already know we’ll have some pumpkin spice treats being baked up AND pumpkin spice drinks, so come hungry!

You don’t have to be selling anything to come out either. Bring the kids, bring the family, wander around, have some food, do a little shopping and visit.

🍁 And this isn’t just a one-time market!
We’re planning to do this every Sunday throughout September and hopefully most of October — basically until Mother Nature tells us we’re done. Once it’s too cold and there’s snow on the ground, we’ll call it for the season.
Before we know it we’ll all be stuck inside for the winter, so let’s enjoy these fall Sundays while we can.

Shop local. Support each other. Visit. Eat. Laugh. Get out of the house. ❤️

And just like that… we are officially CLOSED for the next week!

It was so great seeing everyone who popped by Mi Sueño over the last few days before our little summer break. Whether you came for tacos, tried one of our specials, stopped in to say hi, shared one of our posts, or have supported us throughout the summer — thank you. 💛

We’re officially taking a little time to rest, recharge and enjoy what’s left of summer before we jump back into it!

Mi Sueño will be closed August 21st–27th and we’ll be back open Friday, August 28th!

Thank you again for all the love and support. We appreciate every single person who comes through our little taco spot. 🥹💛

That’s a wrap for now — vacation mode is officially ON!

KOREAN TACO SPECIAL — TODAY ONLY!

Every summer, a wonderful group from Toronto True Hope Church comes to our community and spends time with our youth — cooking, doing activities and programs, bringing handmade gifts, and just getting the kids involved and having fun.

It's always so nice to see how excited the kids are when they come, especially watching them get involved with the food — helping cook, experimenting with different foods, and actually being excited to try new things.

Yesterday, Alexis and I got a chance to turn the tables and cook for them.

We made them birria tacos, our smoked fish, and our Korean Taco — and the Korean Taco was a HIT! 🇰🇷🌮

We've made this taco before, and after seeing how much they loved it yesterday, we figured there was no better time to bring it back.

And today is your last chance to come see us for a little bit! Mi Sueño will be closed August 21–27 for our summer vacation, and we'll be back open Friday, August 28!

So come get your taco fix before we disappear for a week.
